Resume the journey in the picturesque countryside of the Yorkshire Dales on the B6235 travel 19 miles passing through Pateley Bridge a small pleasant village with its stone dwellings, continue for 11miles into Grassington.

Resume journey on local roads for 2 miles viewing the mountains, valleys and meadows into Linton.

Explore the Church set in the heart of the countryside stroll down the lane to Linton Falls located on the banks of the river Nidd viewing the Falls, wildlife and the old remains of a mill.

Resume journey  travel for 3 miles into Burnsall situated on the river Nidd.

Stroll around the village green and the banks of the river sit on the park benches enjoy a local ice cream whilst checking out the variety of bird life.

Finish off the day travel 3 miles into Appletreewick stopping off at the viewing point opposite the Craven Arms, a great vantage point for seeing the many colours of natures scenery. Try a pint of local beer in the Craven Arms and explore the historic items in the bar area and discover the fine thatched roof on the rear lounge and take a seat in the beer garden to take in the full picture.
